How to realize and cancel the check-in online

Check-in online is the passenger's confirmation of the train trip according to the carrier agreement supported by the e-ticket. When realizing check-in online on the web, you get the electronic ticket with online registration form.

The trains available for check-in online are marked with Check-in online [CO]sign in the field of the information about the train and the compartment.

Check-in online is available

•           for the trains marked with Check-in online (CO)sign;        

•           during the online e-tickets reservation after the payment is realized for all   

 the passengers indicated in the reservation;

•           at any time in My account section of the web;

You can cancel the check-in online service not less than 1 hour before the train leaves its origin station:

•           online in My account section;

•           when you get a ticket printed on the registered official form in any ticket  office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.  

Important! If the train is available for check-in online, the ticket on the registered official form can be issued not less than 1 hour before the train leaves its origin station.

Important! If the check-in online is realized for the railway trip and you want to return your e-ticket less than 1 hour before the train leaves its origin station, you should submit an official request for money return for the unused e-ticket.

If the train is available for check-in online the following services are not offered:

•           the e-ticket is not updated in case the passenger is late for the train;

•           the e-ticket is not updated in case the passenger interrupts their trip (the trip is cancelled or paused).                 

In case you don't use check-in online or the train you take is not available for check-in online, to take the train you must have a ticket printed on the official registered form exclusively in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the ticket office equipped with Express system terminal (further on - ticket office).

Important! You are obliged to print the e-ticket or remember your e-ticket number (14 digits) in order the ticket office could issue the ticket printed on the official registered form.

In case you loose the e-ticket or don't remember the e-ticket number, you should enter My orders section using your password and select the order you need. Print it again if necessary.

The tickets printed on the official registered forms are issued only if e- ticket or e-ticket/order number (14 digits) is presented for one of the passengers mentioned in the order who should have an identification document or for an authorized person with an official authorization letter or its confirmed copy. The official authorization letter or its confirmed copy is given to the ticket office official.

The ticket offices issue tickets printed on the official registered forms for the entire order.
