How to buy an e-ticket online

The e-tickets can be ordered online not less than one hour prior to the train departure from the passenger's origin station.
The e-tickets online are issued for the following destinations:
•    national destinations of the Republic of Uzbekistan
•     international destinations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS]
Before the order of the e-ticket is confirmed you need to pass through the identification procedure or realize the registration. You should remember your personal login and password to check the information about your orders if necessary and to realize new orders.
To issue an e-ticket you should fill-in all the fields of the form indicating the details of the trip and personal data of each passenger. The person who realizes the order is totally responsible for the correct information about the trip and personal data of each passenger.
In case there are tickets available in the Express system, the e-tickets can be issued:
•     Maximum 45 days* before the train departure from the Commonwealth of Independent States stations of railway formation (the sales open at 10 a.m., local time);
•    3    days    before the train departure from the intermediate station (if
other is not determined by the carrier).
       ●    during the periods the railway timetable is updated, the time of the sales can be changes (last weekend of May and first decade of December).
The e-tickets are issued according to the carrier rates for adults, children as well as free of charge tickets for children under 5 years old who don't occupy any seat.
For the itinerary with stops we recommend to calculate at least 3 hours' intervals between the trains to avoid misunderstandings and not to miss the train.
From 2:30 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. (local time) the technical maintenance of the Express system is realized due to which the e-tickets are not issues online
Please be careful and attentive filling in the information of all the passengers in the order. Before the payment confirmation double check the information you introduce.
The passenger's personal information should correspond to the data stated in their identification document. If the identification document has information in two languages (Cyrillic and Latin characters), the online order is realized with Latin characters for national and international (CIS) destinations.
If the identification document has information in Russian only, the online order is realized in Russian for national and international (CIS) destinations.
The Republic of Uzbekistan passport number is introduced in the following
way
 Series: two letters, number: seven digits
The Republic of Uzbekistan birth certificate number is introduced in the following way
 Series: two letters, number: seven digits
The Russian Federation externalpassport number is introduced in the following way
      Number: 9 digits.
For the passports and birth certificates issued by the foreign countries you should mark the following type of document - "foreign document (FD)".
Filling in the identification document number, the symbol № is not introduced.
In case there is a mistake in the passenger's personal information or the details of their identification documents, you should correct it before the payment confirmation.
The person who realizes the order is totally responsible for the correct information about the trip and personal data of each passenger.
Pay special attention to the fact that if there is a mistake in the numbers of the identification documents or other personal data, the passenger will not be able to get the ticket printed on the official registered form in the ticket office or in case of check-in online will not be able to take the train.
After the payment of the e-ticket online is realized, the e-ticket is issued with the information about the trip and the number of your e-ticket (14 digits).
Important! You must print the e-ticket or remember the number of your e-ticket (14 digits), to get the tickets printed on the official registered form in the ticket office.
In case you loose the e-ticket or you don't remember the e-ticket number, please enter Personal orders section using your password and find the order you need. Print it again if necessary.
The tickets printed on the official registered forms are issued only if e- ticket or e-ticket/order number (14 digits) is presented for one of the passengers mentioned in the order who should have an identification document or for an authorized person with an official authorization letter or its confirmed copy. The official authorization letter or its confirmed copy is given to the ticket office official.
The ticket offices issue tickets printed on the official registered forms for the entire order.

All existing and new implemented benefits by the decision of the management of JSC "Uzbekiston Temir Yullari" are subject to registration only at ticket offices. Registration of preferential travel documents for web resources is not provided except for the registration of children's tickets.
